The War Begins Again...
Once again, the Alliance is under siege. The ever-aggressive
Krellan armada has begun a surprise flank attack from the outskirts
of the exploration zone. Just when the Alliance had begun to rebuild
its fleet, the newest invasion began, and war is again under way. You
have been asked to intercept the invasion force, and stall them long
enough for the Alliance to regroup its ships, and begin its retaliation.
You will be required to patrol a large area with just one heavy cruiser,
defending the Alliance starbases, planetary installations, and colonies
in that sector. Beware of the Zaldron Empire, as it is believed that
they have joined forces with the Krellans, and with their cloaking technology,
they could pose a formidable threat. Good Luck, and don't come back
until your mission has been accomplished, or your ship has been destroyed.
